Farmers have given all their land and property documents to P.M.  This e-KYC is mandatory for kisan to declare that they are eligible for payment.

What is e-KYC?

 The extension of E-KYC is: Electronic Know Your Computer or Electronic Know your Client

KYC:

 The act of self-registration by submitting these documents to the office is called KYC.

Types of E-KYC:-

 1. Mobile based e-KYC

 2. Biometric based e-KYC

1. Mobile based e-KYC procedure:-

 (i) Go to PM-KISAN portal and click on e-kyc in Farmer Corner.

 (ii) Enter Aadhaar number and mobile number linked with Aadhaar.

 (iii) Enter the OTP received on the mobile number.

 (iv) E-kyc comes as Successful.

2. Biometric based e-KYC procedure:-

 (i)Farmers who cannot do mobile based e-KYC can do biometric based e-KYC.

 (ii) Can be done at General Seva Kendra, Village One Centres.

Advantages of doing e-KYC? Why do it?

 (i) P.M.  Every beneficiary of Kisan Yojana is also required to do e-KYC to get funds.

 (ii) Farmers who are already receiving money must do e-KYC to get next installment.

 (iii) It is mandatory to do PM-KISAN e-KYC to get financial assistance of 14th installment.

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was launched by our country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi.  Through this scheme, the government transfers an amount of ₹ 6000 every year to the farmer's account in three equal installments.  Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has been launched with the objective of improving the financial condition of farmers.  All farmers having less than 2 hectares of cultivable land are provided benefit of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojana.

Prime Minister released the 12th episode of PM Kisan

 Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 12th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on Monday, October 17, 2022, under which the Prime Minister has provided Rs 16000 crore through direct benefit to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.  transfer  Provided only to farmers who have done KYC before their due date, eligible farmers can easily check their amount by visiting the official website of the scheme and checking the beneficiary status.

 India is an agricultural country and 75% of people in the country do agriculture.  All the farmers of the country are economically dependent on agriculture.  Keeping this in mind, the Government of India has given Prime Minister Kisan Samman financial assistance.  Farmers, the scheme was launched on 2022.  Through this scheme, to provide better livelihood to agriculturist farmers and make farmers self-reliant and empowered.

How to Apply in PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana 2023?
 The interested beneficiary farmers of the country who want to apply under this PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme should follow the procedure given below and avail the benefits of the scheme.
 First applicants should go to the official website of the scheme.  After visiting the official website, the home page will open in front of you on the computer screen.
On this home page, you will see the Farmer's Corner option.  Click on this option, you will see three more options in this option.
 In these, you have to click on the New Farmer Registration option.  After clicking this option, New Farmer Registration Form will open in front of you.
 In this form, you need to fill your Aadhaar card number, captcha code and you need to complete all the information asked further.
 After filling all the information you have to click on submit button.  After this, take a print out of the registration form and save it for future.
 This way your application will be completed.

 The main objective of this scheme is to start old age pension for senior farmers so that they can easily eat food and fulfill their basic needs and lead a better life.  Others in their old age.  How much premium should be paid per week?  Farmers have to pay the premium installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Mandhan Yojana according to their age,

  •  Applicants must be Indian citizens.
  •  Farmers with small and very small land holdings in the country are considered eligible for this scheme.
  •  Applicants should not own more than 2 hectares of land.
  •  Age limit of applicant should be between 18 to 40 years.
  •  The pension provided under the scheme is applicable only to the husband or wife of the family.
  •  If the farmer dies, 50% of the pension will be given to the spouse.

Benefits under PMKMY?

  •  In case of unfortunate death of the applicant farmer, his successor wife will be given a posthumous benefit of Rs.1,500.

 Belagavi Prime Minister Narendra Modi initiated the work of various projects and also transferred money to 8 crore farmers under the 16,800 crore rupees Kisan Samman fund.

Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Agriculture Secretary Manoj Ahuja were also present along with Prime Minister Modi in the program held at the border.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday released the 13th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana worth Rs 16,800 crore for eligible farmers, with which the total amount transferred to the beneficiaries is expected to cross Rs 2.30 lakh crore.

 The 12th installment was released in October 2022 under PM Kisan.  Currently the 13th episode is releasing after 4 months.

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana

 Central Government launched Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on 24 February 2019.  The objective of the scheme is to provide income assistance to all small and medium landholding farmer families across the country.

 Under the scheme, eligible farmers will get a total of Rs 6,000 per year by getting Rs 2,000 every four months.  Funds are disbursed in three installments, April-July, August-November and December-March every year.  This money released by the government is directly transferred to the bank account of the beneficiary.

How to Check Beneficiary Status?

 1) First go to this official website pmkisan.gov.in and open it

 2) A separate section called 'Farmer's Corner' will appear on the home page.  Then click on it

 3) On clicking on Farmers Corner you will see 'Beneficiary Status' tab which can be checked by clicking on it.

 Instead of the above route, you can directly go to this link https://pmkisan.gov.in/BeneficiaryStatus.aspx

 Beneficiary status can be checked by visiting:

 1) For this you have to fill in your Aadhaar number, PM Kisan account number or your registered mobile number, one of these three on home page.

 2) After filling the details, select 'Get Data' option

 3) After clicking on get data option you will be able to see beneficiary status..

Do farmers know how to check their name in the beneficiary list?

 Step 1: Visit PM Kisan official website www.pmkisan.gov.in

 Step 2: Click on the 'Beneficiary List' tab at the right corner of the page

 Step 3: Select the details of the selected state, district, sub-district, block and village from the drop-down

 Step 4: Click on 'Get Report' tab

 After this, the beneficiary list detail will be visible.

After inaugurating the Shimoga Airport named after National Poet Kuvempu, Prime Minister Modi, who is on a tour of Karnataka, proceeded to Belgaum where Modi laid the foundation stones for several projects.
