KPSC Document Verification for Group C Posts

Karnataka Public Service Commission will conduct document verification for various Group C posts in various departments on June 19.  List of said posts, address, check list of required documents information is given below.

Karnataka Public Service Commission has now released the schedule for the verification of original documents regarding the filling of various Group C posts notified in the year 2022.  The KPSC release said that verification of original documents will be conducted for the following posts and instruction letters have also been sent to the selected candidates through e-mail.

Verification of original documents for which posts?

 Labor Inspector in Labor Department : 06 (HK)

 Statistical Inspectors in Directorate of Economics and Statistics : 17 (HK)

Assistant Statistical Officer in Directorate of Economics and Statistics : 05 (HK)

All the above Group C posts are Hyderabad Karnataka Group posts.  These are the posts notified in the year 2022.  The recruitment test for the said posts was conducted in the month of April 2023.  The eligibility list for verification of original documents can be checked by visiting the Commission's website and selecting Lists >> Eligibility List.

Date of Scrutiny of Original Documents: 19-06-2023

 Address for Scrutiny of Original Documents: Karnataka Public Service Commission, Udyog Soudha, Bangalore-560001.

 Candidates who have received the instruction letter through e-mail must appear with the following original documents and two sets of xerox copies on the said date and time without fail.

Check list of original documents to be submitted by the candidates

 Age Eligibility Certificate (also SSLC Marks Sheet)

 Educational qualification certificate

 Certificates related to caste reservation

 Certificates relating to rural reservation

 Certificates related to Kannada media reservation

 Ex-Serviceman Reservation Certificates

 Reservation Certificate of Refugee Candidates from Schemes

 Handicapped Candidate Reservation Certificate

 Certificate of in-service candidates

 Domicile proof obtained from concerned Taluk Tahsildar

 2 passport size photograph

Among the certificates, all the documents which are applicable for reservation have to be produced.
