Documents required to apply for this scheme:

 Aadhaar Card

 Ration card

 Election Identity Card

Eligibility requirements to apply for this scheme:

 No residence should be in the name of the applicant and his family

 Income limit should not exceed 3 lakhs

 Must have caste and income certificate

 Only one application is allowed per family

 In case of disability, documents related to disability should be provided

 Application can be made on the website of the Corporation ashraya.karnataka.gov.in.

 Select field and region

 Zone, Ward number and Pin number of present address should be entered

 Aadhaar number and name as in Aadhaar should be entered

 Ration card number should be mentioned

 Applicant's personal details should be entered

 RD number of caste and income certificate should be mentioned

 Mention should be made if a sample is to be given

 Applicants should enter bank related details

 Applicant's employment information should be provided

 Mobile number should be entered
