By taking care of such people, the government will start the Karnataka Pradesh Youth Skilling Scheme in all the districts of Karnataka. But recently it was renamed as Chief Minister Sikho-Kamao Scheme and approved. Under this scheme youth are trained for their skill development and financial assistance of 8-10 thousand rupees every month. From June 1 in 2023, beneficiaries can avail funds under this scheme.
Registration will start from June 7
Various organizations will be included in this scheme to train the youth, for which they will have to register. Training institutes will have to wait till June 7 to register in it. Because the registration process will start from June 7, and the date for the beneficiary youth to register in it is fixed on June 15. It means that youth can register in it from June 15.
What is Yuva Kaushal Yojana?
The boys and girls who are currently undergoing training in any company in the state of Karnataka need to be happy now, as the state government has launched a youth skilling scheme for them. Under this scheme, a person will also be offered a job in the company in which he gets trained. Due to this they do not have to face much problems in matching. Government provides financial assistance of ₹8000 per month during training to the people undergoing training in various companies of Karnataka state. Under this scheme people are trained for one year. Adding 12 months of account thus, a trainee young man or woman will get approximately ₹96000 in 1 year. Youth need not go anywhere to apply for this scheme. Government has adopted online application process in the scheme for the convenience of people.
Objective of Karnataka Youth Skill Acquisition Scheme:
The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to young men and women undergoing training in any company in the state and encourage them to further enhance their skills. Apart from this, helping them get a job after completion of training in the company they are training. So that the person does not have to wander here and there for employment after completing the training. Get his job and increase his standard of living by getting a job in a training company.

Hotel management
Media Marketing
Electronic
Information Technology
Chartered Accountant
Training is provided for CA etc jobs.
In the first phase (Phase 1) 1 lakh youth will be benefited.
Recently this scheme has been approved and it is said that 1 lakh youth will be benefited by connecting to this scheme in the first phase. And after its successful completion, more youth will be included in this scheme and benefits will be given to them.

While taking training under this scheme, various youths are given money according to their merit which is as follows.

8,000 for 5th to 12th pass boys/girls
8,500 for ITI passers
9,000/- for diploma students
10,000 for graduates or higher educated youth/women
Eligibility in Youth Skill Acquisition Scheme
1. Only permanent residents of Karnataka are eligible to apply under the scheme.
2. Unemployed but educated people of the state can apply.
3. To apply in the scheme, the age of the person should be between 18 to 29 years.
4.The person should have passed 12th standard. (2nd PUC)
5.A person should have his own bank account.
6. Must have SSLC Marks Card.

Benefits and Features of Youth Skill Acquisition Scheme
Through this scheme, the government provides financial assistance to the trainees every month.
The financial assistance available per month is around ₹ 8000. Through this, the person will be given ₹ 96000 by the government for 12 months of the year.
The government uses direct benefit transfer system to disburse funds and transfers the funds to the beneficiary's bank account.
The government has asked people to apply online to avail the benefits of the scheme.
