 Follow this step to check if aadhaar is linked to bank account!

Users can link their bank account through online, mobile banking, SMS, phone banking, ATM or by visiting the bank.  You can check whether you have a bank account with Aadhaar by visiting UIDAI's - UIDAI's website to see if Aadhaar is already linked.

If a user has more than one bank account, all the accounts can be linked with Aadhaar.  Also know how many bank accounts are linked with Aadhaar.  By this you can also be careful about fake bank account.  There are chances that multiple fake bank accounts are linked in one Aadhaar.  So it is better for users to check to avoid linking any fake account to Aadhaar.  So check whether Aadhaar number - bank account is linked, read further.

To check if Aadhaar Number – Bank Account Linked:

 Step 1. Go to UIDAI-UIDAI official website www.uidai.gov.in.

 Step 2. Now after coming to the main page, you have to click on MY Aadhaar link.

 Step 3. Now on the new page, you need to go to Aadhaar service.

 Step 4. Now you need to go to Check Aadhaar / Bank Linking option.

Step 5. On clicking the Check Aadhaar / Bank link, a new page will open.

 Step 6. As soon as you land on the new page, you have to enter your Aadhaar card number and also fill the captcha.

 Step 7. After entering the OTP received on your registered mobile number, now you have to click on the login button.

 Step 8. Now you will come to a new page and you will know which bank accounts are linked to your Aadhaar.
